Everyone I've dealt with has been very kind and patient, ensuring I understood all the processes. I've just had a very challenging move and needed the guidance, thank you. The same service was matched when I walked into the office and was greeted with two smiles and then was offered a coffee. The staff were super friendly and efficient and delivered excellent. service I have never seen at a storage location before. Got a great tour of the place and they answered all my questions. The place was super clean and tidy and shows a really well run operation with people who care for the place. The lockers were also super clean and modern and best ones I have ever used. I literally can't find any area for improvement and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Not being able to come to the site to pick out a locker (ahead of time) they did what they could to help. Very friendly, rates were reasonable. And all lockers are climate controlled, indoors (with some being accessible from outside). They offer UHaul rentals also (though only pick-up/ drop-off from this location only). Coded access to property (entry And exit). As well as off hours, code access into the building and units are alarmed. (So if Your code isn’t entered and one of your units are entered, they will get an alert/alarm)

We have been thoroughly impressed with the facility and the staff that manage the facility. It was like storing our belongings with a family member. The facility is very clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We have used other facilities in the past 25 years and I would highly recommend West Shore U-Lock.
